Our little fur baby family of 2 labs and 2 cats is officially plus one as of Friday...because 4 pets just isn't enough!
My sweet husband who has a heart the size of Texas couldn't stand leaving this little guy behind on his way home from Michigan last week.
He had belonged to a trucker who just left him at a gas station. The gas station had been his home for about the past year.
He was probably hit with a car at some point and his leg or hip healed wrong which causes him to limp. It absolutely melts your heart to watch him walk.
The plan was for McTreaty to find him a home...
but once I saw that adorable little face, I knew he was already home!
He's seriously the sweetest dog ever and is potty trained...can't beat that!
The vet thought he was about 3 years old...and that he needed to be sedated to clean his teeth...awesome!
The gas station workers called him "The Stray" but after a day or two of not having a name, we decided on Bentley...because his little tail is bent! (Watching the bachelor almost deterred me from that name, but it fit so perfectly, I had to go with it! haha)
Bentley hasn't had his official photo shoot yet, so be prepared for more cuteness!
